Fans, Keith, is kind enough to gather all the complains towards to quality of the Live in Concert 2005 DVD. He has already written a letter to Gold Label, and he is going to file a complain to Consumer Council, IFPI and CASH.
Read below to read about Keith’s action and his letter to Gold Label.
If anyone has any complain on this DVD set, please write your idea below. Keith’ll group all the complains into the letter. I just call Marco Siu who is the salesman of Gold-Label. He said they had a meeting with the DVD production team include the technical staffs. He claim that the production of this DVD has no problem. I would like to bring some other DVD, like Joey's concert DVD (from EEG), to compare with "夜色無邊". Without comparison, some people accept the quality. With comparison, at least Gold-Label knows why people complain.

i didn't attend the meeting on Monday. I have been there few weeks ago and they told me they can change me with a good DVD.
However, when I arrived, the guy told me the new one is no difference.
therefore, i don't want to go to gold label anymore.....

You may not understand why "multi-angle" made the video quality dropped by only reading the above explanation. But you can read the Blog.
The Blog below is very good. You have enough information to judge is it some fans are too picky or the company is finding some excuses.

I have one additional opinion to add. I found that Universal also made multi-angle Karaoke DVD for their singers like Alan Tam, æŽå…‹å‹¤, Chris Wong, etc. (is è‰èœ¢ 2005 concert made by Universal?) They used 3 discs for around 30 songs but Gold-Label used 2 discs only for Sandy. I think if 2 discs can give us a good video quality, Universal will not used 3 discs.
