It began in the summer of 1996, July 29th. The birth of the very first website of Sandy was called ST Wonderweb: Sandy Lam, The Wildflower. If you remember, it was the beginning of the internet world. There weren’t that many website for Sandy Lam nor the others. But it felt great! I met lots of Sandy fans all around the world. I believe I was known as STJ at that time.

However, this site was semi-closed or should I say I stopped updating it at the end of 1999. Ever since, tons and tons of beautiful websites are created. Not until earlier 2004, I finally had the time to pick this site up again, and I re-named it to Remember Sandy, which is basicly a direct translation of Sandy Lam’s given name.

Remember Sandy has changed a lot since then, and within a year it has changed from version 1 to the latest version 6. The latest version is made base on fans’ suggestions, my experiences, and the latest web technology. It might not have the most complete news archive or discography, but hopefully the most accessible, or perhaps the only English-based-active Sandy Lam fans site online.

On December 7, 2005, Remember Sandy officially change to RE: SANDY LAM/關於她... 林憶蓮 for a better meaning and feeling. And thanks to a fans for pointing out a serious “problem” with the previous name.
