Sandy’s last song on the album “å†è¦‹æ‚²å“€” totally suit my feeling at this moment… Had a mixed feeling before the concert, a little bit sad, yet I was so excited at the same time. Sad, it’s because I don’t know when the next concert will be. Sad, it’s because I keep wondering if this is her last Cantonese album? But after the concert, and listen to her new Cantonese album in 9 years, I have learned to let go my worries and embrace a new day in the years to come. Perhaps this is the power of Sandy, the power of her music…. Like many fans out there, being her fans, it’s like going through some kind of spiritual lessons. We grow up with her, we share our feelings together, we go ups and downs together. Or is it because her fans are mostly very sentimental? I don’t know. All I know is that her music makes a mark in my heart and in my memory. When a certian song played in my ears, it brings out certian memories in my life, no matter it is happy or sad.

Sandy has once again proved she is the diva of our/her generation at this concert. It’s not that she meant to prove anything, but it shows so naturally in her performance and in her music. Like some articles wrote, she represents the hippes of the 80s, she represents hard working and moving forward facing different challenges; and in some ways, she represents the Hong Kong spirit. One newspaper even said there is no other singer who can have such a rundown with mostly side tracks. She might be the one and the only one in our life time. I am proud to be her fans before, now and forever. Thank you the great music she has given us, thank you for her unforgettable performance, thank you for being true to herself and to us. It was and is a great ride all these years. I sincerely hope there will be another new Cantonese album in the years to come, just take her time… no matter how many years, I will be there for her.
